I plugged off the power cable. If this feature does not work on your PS3 console then there is a manual eject option available as well.
If it still does not work then your control board is probably dead.

The sensors on the Phat Models tend to stop working after a while. I think the PS3 thinks theres no disc inserted even though. Please can anyone help.
I did that which got my disc out. And the button doesnt work. However I put another disc a bad one of course as a test into the ps3 and the same thing happened.
